Keshek Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of Awarma or Olive Oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of kishk powder
  • 3 cups of water

Preparation

  1. Add the Awarma or Olive Oil with the garlic to the pan over high heat till the garlic is fried
  2. Add the Keshek
  3. Add the water and whisk it
  4. Leave it under low heat for 10 min until the mixture thickens
  5. Serve it in a bowl
